Returns Policy
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. This does not apply to custom orders, which are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order confirmation email to process your return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@strongclub.com. Follow the provided instructions for returning your items.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability and process the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return, customized products.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a full refund, repair, or replacement. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
